Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Prudent Wealth Strategies, LLC (“PWS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit or use prudentwealthstrategies.com, collegetaxcode.com, any related landing page, client portal, online form, workshop-registration page, payment page, email, SMS program, or other online service that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Sites”).
This Policy is designed for individuals in the United States. If you become a client for a covered financial product or service, you may receive additional privacy notices and choices required by applicable law. Those notices supplement this Policy and control where they conflict.
The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us, the Site you visit, and the services you request. We may collect the categories below.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, complete financial-account numbers, tax returns, identity documents, passwords, or similarly sensitive information through a general website contact form, ordinary email, SMS, or social-media message. Use the secure client portal or another secure channel we identify for that purpose.
We may use personal information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Sites; respond to inquiries; schedule appointments; register you for workshops or events; deliver requested educational materials; evaluate, establish, administer, or service a professional relationship where appropriate; process payments; communicate with you; send marketing communications where permitted; personalize or measure advertising; protect against fraud, security incidents, or unlawful activity; comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, insurance, and tax obligations; enforce our agreements; and protect the rights, safety, and property of PWS, our clients, users, and others.
We may combine information collected across the Sites and through our communications or service providers when reasonably necessary for these purposes and permitted by law.
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to the following categories of recipients.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, depending on your state and the technologies active on a particular page, disclosures of online identifiers and online activity to analytics or advertising partners through cookies, pixels, or similar technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws. You may opt out of those activities through our Privacy Choices link, cookie-preference tool where offered, an applicable browser opt-out preference signal, or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
We do not knowingly disclose personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes except as described above, with your consent, or as otherwise permitted by law.
We and our service providers may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies. These technologies help us operate the Sites, remember settings, prevent fraud, understand Site traffic, measure campaigns, and, where enabled, personalize or measure advertising.
You can control certain cookies through browser settings and our cookie-preference tool, where available. Blocking cookies may affect Site features. If your browser or device sends an opt-out preference signal that applicable law requires us to recognize, we will process it as required by law. Your choices are browser- and device-specific and may need to be renewed if you change browsers, clear cookies, or use a different device.
If you provide sensitive information through a designated client portal or other approved secure method, we use it only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide or evaluate a requested engagement, meet legal or compliance obligations, maintain records, and protect security. We limit access to personnel and service providers with a legitimate need to know, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information appropriate to the nature of the information and our operations, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your portal account or information has been compromised, contact us promptly at [email protected].
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain transaction and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal, regulatory, tax, insurance, and professional obligations, and protect against fraud or security incidents. Retention periods vary according to the type and sensitivity of information, the nature of our relationship, legal requirements, and whether continued retention is necessary. We may de-identify or aggregate information and use it as permitted by law.
Subject to applicable law and any lawful exemption, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the personal information we maintain about you. You may also have the right to opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising, certain sales/sharing of personal information, or certain profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; to receive a portable copy of information; to appeal a privacy-rights decision; or to use an authorized agent.
To make a request, use the Privacy Choices link on the Site or email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Please state your name, email address, state of residence, Site or service involved, and the nature of your request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we deny all or part of your request, you may appeal by replying to our response and writing “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. If you use an authorized agent, we may request evidence of the agent’s authority and may verify your identity directly.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. For marketing text messages, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending non-promotional messages about an existing relationship, transaction, appointment, account, payment, security incident, or service request, where permitted by law.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Certain information may be exempt from a request or must be retained, for example, to comply with law, maintain required professional or transaction records, protect rights and security, or complete a transaction.
PWS offers services related to financial or investment advice and insurance, and may provide tax-planning/strategy consulting. If the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Regulation P, another financial-privacy law, or a contractual obligation applies to a client relationship, we will provide the applicable privacy notice and any required opt-out opportunity. This web Privacy Policy is not intended to replace a client-specific privacy notice or the firm’s information-security program.
If you request information, register for an event, schedule an appointment, become a client, or opt in to communications, we may send you transactional, informational, and, where you separately consent or law otherwise permits, marketing communications by email or text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You do not have to consent to marketing texts to purchase services. Marketing-text consent is obtained through a separate, optional, unchecked checkbox or another legally sufficient method at the point of collection. We maintain records of consent as required by our program and applicable law.
The Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally required parental consent. College Tax Code is directed to parents, guardians, adult family members, schools, and other adults—not children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, contact us at [email protected], and we will take appropriate steps.
The Sites may link to third-party websites and tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy. Review those policies before providing information to a third party.
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, services, or legal requirements. We will post the updated version and revise the Effective Date. Material changes will be handled as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Sites after the updated Policy becomes effective is subject to the updated Policy.
